We had a great experience working with Brian Wheeler on our home purchase. Buying a home—especially a manufactured home with all of the financing, inspections, paperwork, and setup that goes along with it—can get complicated quickly, but Brian was someone we could actually count on throughout the process.

He was helpful, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting us into the home we wanted. Even when things outside of his control became complicated, we always felt like Brian was on our side and willing to help however he could.

There’s a big difference between the experience we had with Brian and some of the other parties involved in the process. Brian did his part, treated us fairly, and was someone we felt comfortable dealing with.

We originally went in just hoping that we might eventually be able to get into a home, and six months later, we are officially in our new home! Conors customer service was excellent from start to finish. Every time I called, they either answered right away or returned my call as soon as they could. He was always patient, helpful, and willing to answer every question I had—no matter how small or silly it may have seemed.

Recently purchased an Emily Elite from Red River. Salespeople put no pressure to sell but provide plenty of information. We went in there thinking, maybe as an option. After meeting with Grayson and him showing us all the models, hearing how knowledgeable he is on all the improvements that have been made to make these look and feel like a home, it drastically changed our mind.  He was talking about an even bigger model they have got coming in, can't wait to see that. The upgrades and changes that are available with these homes... they aren't what the "trailer/Modular" homes of the 70s and 80s.... I grew up in those. You could move walls to make rooms bigger, elevate ceiling heights for higher ceilings, multiple styles and types of fire places cabinet and flooringnoptions... and the design factors, walk in showers big enough for two, soaking tubs, pantries,  laundry rooms you could actually do laundry in, walk in closets done right, not with the cheap wire racking. And ample closet space. Some of these were nicer than new builds weve toured.
